The Ombudsman of Antigua and Barbuda is empowered by law to investigate complaints related to any decision or recommendation made or any act done or omitted by any officer of the Government or Statutory Body where any member of the Public claims to be aggrieved or has sustained injustice as a result of the exercise of the administrative functions of a Public officer or Statutory body.

Our primary concern is to ensure that your complaints are heard so that action can be taken to ensure your peace of mind and justice.

You can make a complaint by visiting our office and speaking to our executive officer, or complete and sumbit out complaint form online. We will be sure to contact you when your complaint is received.
